- 12 to 16 small mushrooms
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Separate onion slices into rings.

2Combine all ingredients, except mushrooms, in small pan.

3Bring to boil.

4Meanwhile, wash and boil mushrooms.

5Add to mixture in saucepan after drained. Simmer 5 to 6 minutes.

6Cool and chill in a covered bowl for several hours.
