- 3/4 to 1 lb. mushrooms
- 3 to 4 c. water
Directions

1Wash and drain mushrooms; cut off stems, leaving 1/4-inch. Heat water to boiling.

2Add mushrooms.

3Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

4Drain and cool mushrooms.

5Place in bowl.

6Pour marinade over mushrooms.

7Toss until well coated.

8Cover and refrigerate up to 1 week, stirring occasionally.

9To serve, drain mushrooms well, 7 calories per mushroom.
