- 2 cups cottage cheese creamed
- 4 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup water warm
- 2 large eggs
- 1 x sharp cheddar cheese spread
- 1 x bacon bits
- 1 x ground meat
- 1 x mashed potatoes
Directions

1Press cottage cheese through potato ricer or sieve.

2Add to flour, baking soda and salt.

3Rub well together.

4Mix oil, water and beaten eggs and add to flour mixture.

5Knead and add more flour if needed to make a rather sticky dough.

6Pinch off a piece of dough, flatten in the palm of your hand and fill with a mixture of mashed potato, Cheez Whiz, bacon pieces (optional), salt and pepper to taste.

7Deep fry until brown.
