- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 3/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Clean mushrooms.

2Combine ingredients except mushrooms. Simmer 15 minutes.

3Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.

4Chill 24 hours before serving.
