- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. dry white wine
Directions

1Place all ingredients, except mushrooms and wine, in a large pot.

2Bring to boil.

3Add mushrooms and wine; boil 5 minutes. Place in hot jars; cover with the marinated juice.

4Will keep in fridge for about 2 weeks.
