Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. dry white wine

Directions

    Place all ingredients, except mushrooms and wine, in a large pot.

    Bring to boil.

    Add mushrooms and wine; boil 5 minutes. Place in hot jars; cover with the marinated juice.

    Will keep in fridge for about 2 weeks.
