- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 small onion, sliced in rings
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 to 5 peppercorns
Directions

1Steam the mushrooms for 1 minute.

2In a saucepan combine all other ingredients and bring to a boil.

3Simmer, uncovered, for a few minutes.

4Place mushrooms in a glass or ceramic bowl and add the marinade.

5Let marinate in the refrigerator at least 24 hours. Serve with a toothpick.
