- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 small onion, sliced thin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. dry parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 (6 oz.) cans button mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except mushrooms.

2Bring to a boil. Add mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
