  • 1 lb. small fresh mushrooms
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle red wine vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    Clean and trim ends from mushrooms; set aside.
