- 1/4 cup balsalmic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon orange peel-grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel grated
- 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds-crushed/chopped
- 1 tablespoon rosemary--fresh chopped
- 4 cups Olive variety--black, kalamato, green, dried black
Directions

1Mix vinegar, oil, orange and lemon peel, rosemary, fennel seeds until blended.

3Refrigerate for at least an hour

4Lasts several weeks, add more olives to marinade
