Marinated Olives

- 1 jar of Green olives (pitted or unpitted) in brine
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped or sliced
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp olive oil
Directions

1Drain the olives from the brine well.

2You can rinse under cold water if you like.

3Then place olives in a small bowl.

4Add the chopped garlic, garlic salt, oregano and olive oil.

5Mix all together.

6Cut the lemon in half and squeeze about 2 tablespoons of juice onto the olives.

7Then cut as thinly as you can a few slices from the other half of the lemon and add to the olives.

8Let the olives marinade in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours prior serving.
