  • 1 (12 ounce) can cola
  • 14 cup soy sauce
  • 34 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 34 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 34 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 pork loin chops with bone (3/4 inch thick)

    In a 2-cup measuring cup, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well.

    Pour 1-1/2 cups into a large resealable plastic bag; add pork chops.

    Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

    Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.

    Drain and discard marinade from pork.

    Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until meat juices run clear, basting with reserved marinade.
