- 1 can (small) crushed pineapple or cranberries
Directions

1Mix marinade and place pork loin in refrigerator 24 to 48 hours.

2Place pork loin and marinade in casserole.

3Bake at 300° for 2 hours.

4Uncover and bake at 350° until done.
