  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 can (small) crushed pineapple or cranberries

    Mix marinade and place pork loin in refrigerator 24 to 48 hours.

    Place pork loin and marinade in casserole.

    Bake at 300° for 2 hours.

    Uncover and bake at 350° until done.
