  • 1/2 c. red cooking wine
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed oregano leaves
  • 1/8 tsp. dried tarragon
  • 1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic
