- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 can green lima beans
- 1 can sweet green peas
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, cut into small pieces
- 1 c. Crisco oil
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp. paprika (optional)
Directions

1Mix vegetables together.

2In a separate bowl, mix oil, vinegar, sugar and spices, if desired.

3Pour over vegetables.

4Marinate in refrigerator overnight or 12 hours.

5Can be kept in refrigerator for 1 week if stored in glass jar or plastic container.
