  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can dark red kidney beans
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 small jar pimientos
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped or circles
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped or in circles
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Drain corn, beans, peas and pimientos.

    Combine in a large bowl.

    Mix oil, salt, vinegar and sugar together.

    Pour over vegetables.

    Let stand overnight; for best results, make 1 day ahead.
