- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can dark red kidney beans
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can English peas
- 1 small jar pimientos
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped or circles
- 1 medium red onion, chopped or in circles
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Drain corn, beans, peas and pimientos.

2Combine in a large bowl.

3Mix oil, salt, vinegar and sugar together.

4Pour over vegetables.

5Let stand overnight; for best results, make 1 day ahead.

6Stir mixture every 4 hours.
