  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

    Fry the sausage in small balls. Drain. Mix together the remaining ingredients.
