- 3 large tomatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 ribs celery, diced
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dash garlic salt (optional)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cider or regular vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
Directions

1Place diced tomatoes, onion, celery and green pepper in bowl. In small bowl, combine sugar, water, vinegar and oil.

2Mix well. Pour over vegetables.

3Stir gently to mix.

4Cover and chill in refrigerator several hours or overnight.

5Makes about 6 servings. Can add more vegetables to mixture as you desire.
