  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 -4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 lbs turkey cutlets, approximately, trimmed to a uniform size

    Place all the ingredients in a zip-top bag and toss the turkey around in marinade to coat the turkey.

    Close the bag and place in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours turning once.

    Heat a grill or grill pan with cooking spray.

    Place turkey on heated grill and cook until no longer pink, turning once.
