  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 (12 oz.) can Shoepeg whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (17 oz.) can green peas, drained
  • 1 c. celery, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
