  • 1 can LeSueur petits pois peas
  • 1 small jar pimento, chopped
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 3/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sugar
