- 1 lb. can salmon
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1 1/2 c. warm milk
Directions

1Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.

2Flake into small pieces. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

3Place in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
