- 1 can peas
- 1 can white corn
- 1 can French-style green beans
- 2 carrots, shredded or thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Drain canned vegetables and combine with other vegetables. Mix together the vinegar, sugar and oil.

2Pour over vegetables and chill several hours.

3To serve, drain the juice and save to pour over unused portion.
