  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can white corn
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 2 carrots, shredded or thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Drain canned vegetables and combine with other vegetables. Mix together the vinegar, sugar and oil.

    Pour over vegetables and chill several hours.

    To serve, drain the juice and save to pour over unused portion.
