- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) fresh mushrooms
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 2 c. cauliflowerets
- 2 c. red pepper, cut in 1 inch sq.
- 2 c. diagonally sliced carrots
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
