- 1/2 c. salad or olive oil
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. each: dried thyme and basil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. each: dry mustard, salt and garlic salt
Directions

1Combine vegetables in quart jar.

2Combine remaining ingredients in a separate jar.

3Shake vinegar to blend.

4Pour over vegetables 4 hours or overnight.

5Shake jar several times to coat top of veggies with marinade.
