Ingredients

  • 4 c. assorted fresh vegetables (your choice)
  • 1/2 c. salad or olive oil
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. each: dried thyme and basil
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. each: dry mustard, salt and garlic salt

Directions

    Combine vegetables in quart jar.

    Combine remaining ingredients in a separate jar.

    Shake vinegar to blend.

    Pour over vegetables 4 hours or overnight.

    Shake jar several times to coat top of veggies with marinade.
