Ingredients

  • 1 can French-style beans
  • 1 can tiny LeSueur peas
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 small jar pimento pepper
  • 1 can Shoepeg corn
  • dash of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Drain the beans, peas, pimento and corn.

    Mix all ingredients except the last 4 and put in a glass dish.

    In a saucepan, add the sugar, oil, vinegar and water.

    Boil 2 or 3 minutes. Cool.

    Pour over vegetables.

    Refrigerate.

    Good if made several days ahead.
