Ingredients

  • 1 can garden peas, drain
  • 1 can French-style green beans, drain
  • 1 can corn, drain
  • small jar pimento
  • 2 or 3 grated carrots
  • 2 or 3 sliced cucumbers
  • 2 red onions, sliced
  • 3 or 4 sliced celery
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Heat vinegar, sugar and oil until sugar dissolves.

    Let cool completely before pouring.

    Refrigerate overnight and the vegetables will be ready to serve the next day.
