- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut bite size
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium red pepper, chopped
- 1 head cauliflower, cut in florets
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- onion to taste, grated
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Combine sugar, dry mustard, salt, wine vinegar, onion and celery seed together and add to vegetables.

2Chill 6 hours or overnight.
