Ingredients

  • 450 grams diced pork
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 330 ml cola
  • 1 tsp djon mustard
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 dash of tabasco sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic - crushed
  • 100 ml vegatable stock

Directions

    pan fry the pork for about 10 minutes until well caramelised all over.

    Add the tomato ketchup, Tabasco sauce, honey, mustard, cola and stock and simmer for about 1hour until the sauce is reducing and turning sticky

    Serve with rice, chips or salad
