Ingredients
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 green pepper, sliced thin
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 zucchini, sliced
- fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 1 (6 oz.) can black olives, drained and sliced
Directions

1Mix the first 6 ingredients together and pour over vegetables and marinate overnight.

2Shake container often.

3Serve drained, but save liquid to store leftovers.

4Will keep for at least 1 week in refrigerator.
