  • 1 small head cauliflower
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 8 mushrooms
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of red pepper
  • dash of garlic
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. garlic flavored vinegar (Reese's brand)
  • 1 c. Puritan oil

    Warm vinegar to dissolve sugar.

    Mix and put in refrigerator. Marinate at least 24 hours before eating.
