  • 2 green bell peppers, julienne
  • 2 red bell peppers, julienne
  • 3 carrots, angle cut
  • 4 cups cauliflower floweret's
  • 2 onions, julienne
  • 1 cup pimento stuffed olives
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • fresh mozzarella cheese, julienne
  • 3 1/2 cups red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. fresh black pepper
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 cups olive oil
