- 1 (16 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimientos
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix garden peas, green beans, corn, pimientos, onion, bell pepper and celery together.
