- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- 1 large bunch carrots
- 2 large peppers
- 2 large onions
- 1 large head cauliflower
Directions

1Cut carrots in rings.

2Cook in salt water until tender, but firm.

3Drain.

4Cut up other vegetables and add to carrots.

5Bring rest of ingredients to a boil.

6Remove from heat.

7Add all vegetables.

8This will keep for 2 or 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
