  • 1 (1 lb.) can French green beans, cut small
  • 1 (1 lb.) can white Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 (1 lb.) can early June peas (small)
  • 1 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 c. purple onion, chopped fine
  • 1 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1 small jar red pimentos
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
