- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, onion, broccoli, cucumber, green beans, etc.)
Directions

1Mix the first six ingredients.

2Place cut up vegetables in 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.

3Pour sauce over vegetables and mix.

4Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
