  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 c. assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, onion, broccoli, cucumber, green beans, etc.)

Directions

    Mix the first six ingredients.

    Place cut up vegetables in 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
