  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. minced peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. florets of broccoli and cauliflower
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked kidney or garbanzo beans
  • 2 c. sliced cucumbers
  • 1 c. sliced carrots
