  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. grated orange peel
  • 2 pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice

Directions

    Combine sugar and orange peel.

    Separate biscuits.

    Dip each in melted butter and then coat with sugar mixture.

    Overlap in ring mold (put them on a plate).

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until light brown.

    Invert over plate immediately.

    Combine cheese and confectioners sugar; add orange juice.

    Beat until smooth. Drizzle cream cheese mix over hot biscuits.
