- 1 can French beans
- 1 can tiny garden peas
- 1 can white Shoe Peg corn
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped red onion
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/3 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
Directions

1Drain French beans, peas and corn.

2Set aside vegetables. Make marinade with sugar, black pepper, salt, vegetable oil and white vinegar.

3Bring to a boil in a saucepan.

4Let cool.

5Add vegetables and let set overnight.

6Will keep for 2 to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
