- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1-2 heads of cauliflower
- 4 carrots, cut in small strips
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 3 stalks of celery
- 1 jar of marinated mushrooms
- 1 can black olives
- 1 jar of artichoke hearts
- 1 red pepper, cut in strips
- 1 yellow pepper, cut in strips
- 1 12-oz. bottle Italian dressing
Directions

1Prepare all veggies by cutting into bite size pieces.

2Put them in a sealable plastic bag and pour the dressing over the veggies.

3Marinate in the refrigerator 24 hours, turning frequently.

4Drain thoroughly before arranging on a platter to serve.
