  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1-2 heads of cauliflower
  • 4 carrots, cut in small strips
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 1 jar of marinated mushrooms
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 jar of artichoke hearts
  • 1 red pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 yellow pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 12-oz. bottle Italian dressing

Directions

    Prepare all veggies by cutting into bite size pieces.

    Put them in a sealable plastic bag and pour the dressing over the veggies.

    Marinate in the refrigerator 24 hours, turning frequently.
