- 1 oz. pistachio syrup
- 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 3 dash eucalyptus tincture
- 3/4 oz. double cream
- 1 egg white
- Siphon carbonic
Directions

1Add ice and dry-shake.

2Add all ingredients except siphon carbonic to cocktail shaker.

3Shake again vigorously and strain into a fizz glass.
