- 1 can petite pois peas, drained
- 1 can French green beans, drained
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 oz. jar pimento (optional)
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Mix vegetables; set aside, then combine sugar, vinegar, oil and water.

2Bring to a boil and pour over vegetables.

3Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.

4Drain well and serve.
