  • 20 g beanstarch vermicelli (cellophane noodle)
  • 1/2 cucumber (slice thinly)
  • marinade: (mixed in advance)
  • *1 Tbsp vinegar
  • *1 tsp sugar
  • *1 tsp~ soy sauce
  • * to taste sesame oil

Directions

    Soak cucumber in cold salted (1 tsp) water for 5 minutes.

    Drain and squeeze well.

    Bring the water to a boil, add beanstarch vermicelli and cook according to the directions on the package.

    Cut into bite sized pieces.

    Mix all ingredients and marinate.
