- 5 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 6 strips bacon
- sugar (as needed)
Directions

1Marinate water chestnuts in soy sauce for 1 hour.

2Cut bacon into thirds.

3Drain water chestnuts and roll in sugar.

4Wrap each chestnut with bacon and secure with toothpick.

5Place on baking sheet and bake at 400° for about 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

6(Turn after 15 minutes.)

7Drain and serve warm.
