- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Fry the bacon until crisp and drain well.

2Drain the skillet where you fried the bacon, leaving 2 tablespoons of grease.

3Add the rice (you may use leftover rice, if you wish) and the crushed red pepper and stir well over a low fire.

4Simmer 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently.

5Serve hot.
