  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. melted Crisco
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk

    Melt 1/2 cup Crisco in a 10-inch skillet. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, adding water until you get a creamy mixture.
