Mark'S Halibut Chowder

Ingredients

  • 4 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sliced carrots
  • 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 -5 cups skinless halibut fillets, diced
  • 10 green onions, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • cayenne pepper

Directions

    Combine first six ingredients and simmer in large pot. (Chowder).

    In large skillet, saute next three ingredients until halibut is tender.

    Add above to pot of chowder and heat through.

    Add cayenne pepper to taste and enjoy!
