- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing (use Wish-Bone, not the creamy kind)
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 (10 oz.) jar marmalade or apricot preserves
- 1 pkg. chicken pieces (a cut up fryer is good; about 3 lb.)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Wash the chicken and pat dry.

3Place in a baking pan in a single layer.

4Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

5Pour the sauce over the chicken.

6Bake chicken, covered, with aluminum foil at 350°

7for 50 minutes. Uncover the chicken, spoon the sauce over the top of the chicken and continue to bake for 30 minutes.

8Serves 6.

9If there is extra sauce, it can be refrigerated for a few weeks.
