- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 34 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pint sour cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Mix all ingredients for the crust and press into the bottom and up the sides of a spring-form pan.

2Beat the cream cheese with a mixer until smooth.

3Add the sugar gradually and then the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla.

4Mix well.Pour into the pan and bake at 375 degrees farenheit for 20 minutes.

5Remove from the oven and turn the oven up to 500 degrees.

6Beat the sour cream until lightly fluffy.

7Add the sugar and vanilla.

8Pour on top of the cheesecake and bake in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

9Let cool in the pan overnight in the refrigerator.
