Maroilles Cheese Pie

- 1 7/16 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- milk 7 cl. warm
- 3 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 Maroilles cheese round, or camembert or brie
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 410F.

2Pour the flour into a bowl, break the egg in the center, and mix.

3Mix the yeast with the warm milk, and slowly pour the milk into the bowl while kneading the dough by hand.

4Add the softened butter and mix again by hand. Add more flour if the mixture is too liquid.

5Let the dough stand for 1 hour.

6Roll out the dough and spread in a greased and floured pie pan.

7Cut the cheese into strips and spread them on bottom of the pan.

8Bake for about 25 minutes.
