  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 24 marshmallows, cut in half

Directions

    Cream the oleo and sugar well.

    Add eggs and blend.

    Sift flour, salt and cocoa. Gradually add to first mixture. Add vanilla and nuts.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and cover at once with marshmallows.
